How quickly will my centre appear in search results?
Once you submit your listing and it's approved, your centre will be live in search results within 24 hours. Our team reviews all listings to ensure quality and accuracy for parents using the directory.
During the review period, you'll receive a confirmation email and can continue setting up your profile — uploading photos, writing your description, and setting your details.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes — you can change plans at any time from your centre dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep all current-plan benefits until then.
How do parent enquiries reach us — directly or through Kiwi Cuddles?
On Premium and Elite plans, parents complete an enquiry form on your Kiwi Cuddles profile. Their message, contact details, and child's age are sent directly to your email inbox in real time. There's no middleman — you reply directly to the parent.
On the Basic plan, parents see your phone number and email address and contact you directly. Enquiry tracking and form submissions require Premium or Elite.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
All plans have no minimum term. You can cancel at any time and you won't be charged again after your current billing month ends. We don't believe in lock-ins.
Which regions of New Zealand are covered?
Kiwi Cuddles covers all 16 regions of Aotearoa New Zealand, from Northland to Southland. We're actively onboarding centres in every region, with the strongest coverage currently in Auckland, Wellington, Canterbury, and Waikato.
If your region has fewer listed centres, that means less competition and more visibility for your listing from day one — a great time to get in early.
